Gurgaon Shopping Festival has been an excellent experience for the entire team of Relio Quick Pvt Ltd. Jointly organized by Haryana Tourism, Haryana Tourism Mart, REDCO Haryana & Gurgaon Administration, the sole objective of the festival was to promote Gurgaon as India's major business and leisure hub and revolutionize the shopping experience by introducing new ways of celebration & entertainment.

The month long festival that was held between 6th Oct -7th Nov in the Millennium City, was India's one of the largest & longest running shopping carnival. The first of its kind in the region, Gurgaon Shopping Festival was segregated into many major attractions all with one purpose, to give pure entertainment & luxury of senses to the visitors. With an endless array of exciting events like International Property Affaire (the Property Exhibition and Conclave), Automall (the automobile exhibition), Indian Rendezvous (the musical evenings), Durga Pooja & Different Strokes (Cultural Fest & Painting Exhibition), Mall-o-Mania (the Shopping Fest), Adventure Carnival, Kids Carnival and Food Festival, the event remained the hottest engagement of the town throughout the past month and brought the people together in a cultural and commercial fiesta.

Already famed as a magical city, Gurgaon Shopping Festival 2010 added more glitz and glamour to Gurgaon. Replete with entertainment and consumer engagement activities, Gurgaon Shopping Festival brought Gurgaon alive and won the hearts and minds of all by offering a delightful experience for a lifetime.

Automobiles stole the heart of Millenium City
Auto Mall 2010 remained a huge success!

The immense love of the millennium city, Gurgaon, for automobiles was there before the nation when Auto Mall at Gurgaon Shopping Festival 2010 received a huge footfall of 45000, which included people from all walks of life. Inaugrated by Rajesh K Khullar, Municipal Commissioner, Gurgaon Municipal Corporation and organized by Relio Quick in association with Times of India, the mega event was held between 6th - 12th Oct at Leisure Valley.

The 5-day event featured automobiles from over 34 major players of the market, and had multiple attractions like Premium & Lifestyle Lounge, display of Vintage Cars, Super Bikes, Concept Cars and Bikes, Green Lounge to promote green driving, Auto-Job fair, Style Biking Show by India’s top stunt riders.

The event remained a success with over 6300 enquiries and 589 hot prospects generated by the participating brands. Also, 72 spot bookings were also made.

Automall has been successfully organized previously as well at Delhi (Jan 2009), Chandigarh (March 2009 & Feb 2010), Bengaluru (Nov 2009 & Sep 2010), and Mumbai (March 2010).

International Property Affaire 2010 converges India’s top-notch Real Estate Developers, Financiers & Associates under a single roof

The four-day International Property Affaire and Realty Conclave started at Epicentre in Gurgaon in the presence of industry captains and the who's who of the real estate world. India's top-notch Real Estate Developers like DLF, UNITECH, EMAAR MGF, AMBIENCE, BESTECH, RAHEJA among others along with Financiers and Associates participated and showcased their existing and upcoming projects here. 

As a curtain raiser event of the four day long International Property Affaire 2010 a Leadership Summit on the novel theme of 'Transforming Realty' was organized on 21st October. The summit brought together the connoisseurs of real estate industry to share their views. The Redco-Haryana's Property Guide 2010 was also released at the event.

An exclusive conclave on the theme of 'Transforming Realty through Infrastructure Initiatives' was also held on 23rd- 24th October. The Chief Guest of conclave was Dr SY Quraishi, Chief Election Commissioner of India and Shri Bhurelal, IAS, Chairman, Environment Committee Supreme Court was present as the Guest of Honour at the event. The distinguished leaders discussed various aspects of realty like Public-Private Partnership, Environment, Safety and Security, Traffic and Roads, Registration, Licensing & Training for Real Estate Professionals with the sole aim of bringing transparency and accountability in the Real Estate market.

The event provided an unprecedented opportunity not only for the real estate industry players but also for the visitors who get first hand experience of meeting the leading Real-estate Developers, Financiers, Associates and Interior Designers under one single roof.

The heart of IT city throbs harder for Automobiles.
Automall Bengaluru, a huge success!

The immense love of the IT city, Bengaluru, for automobiles was there before the nation when Automall Bengaluru 2010 received a huge footfall of 75000, which included people from all walks of life. Organized by RelioQuick in association with Times of India, the mega event was held between9th-12th Sep.

Held at the Tripura Vasini (Palace Grounds), the exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Praveen Sood, IPS additional commissioner of Police, Bengaluru and Kannada Cine Star Mr. Yash. The 4-day event featured automobiles from over 36 major players of the market, and had multiple attractions like Premium & Lifestyle Lounge, display of Vintage Cars, Super Bikes, Concept Cars and Bikes, Green Lounge to promote green driving, Auto-Job fair, Style Biking Show by India’s top stunt riders.

As a curtain raiser of the event, a Vintage and Classic Cars rally was organized on 8th Sep, a day before the exhibition began. The rally was flagged off by Mr. Bhaskar Rao, Transport Commissioner and brought forth some ageless car designs.
 
The event remained a success with over 8010 enquiries and 1205 hot prospects generated by the participating brands. Also, 96 spot bookings were also made.

Automall has been successfully organized previously as well at Delhi (Jan 2009), Chandigarh (March 2009), Bengaluru (Nov 2009), Chandigarh (Feb 2010) and Mumbai (March 2010).

ICICI Bank Home Utsav organized at Banglore

ICICI Bank Home Utsav, a property exhibition was organized in Bangalore from 20th to 22nd August. Organised by ICICI Bank Home Loans, the exhibition was inaugurated by  Hon. Raj Menda-RMZ Group, Irfan Razak-Prestige, Ashish-Purvankara, Balakrishna Hedge-Charted Housing, Siddeque Beary-Beary Group & Sureshi Badani-

The two day exhibition brought together over 50 top developers from across the country. Over 300 approved projects - ready possessions, under constructions and newly launched - from 42 developers were put on virtual display. The buyers had the freedom to choose from properties worth Rs.10 Lacs to 3 crores, depending upon their needs.
At the exhibition, ICICI Bank Home Loans offered ‘spot sanctions’ with a discounted rate of 8.25% percent. About 130 sanctions amounting to Rs. 50 crores, were made over the period of 2 days.

Relio Quick's Auto Mall 2009: a Phenomenal Success

Relio Quick organized Auto Mall 2009 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The three days auto extravaganza drew people from all walks of life and also from every nook & corner of Delhi and more than 1.30 lac visitors were present, which far exceeded the expected number of visitors that was 50,000. A total of 14,252 enquiries were generated by various participants out of which there were 595 hot enquires which were likely to be converted into sales. Apart from that 6 spot bookings were made in the Premium Car Lounge itself.

The event opened its doors to the millions of auto enthusiasts, showcasing Major Car Brands, e-cars, two wheelers, e-bikes, Formula One Car & Vintage Cars, Luxury Cars, Super Bikes and what not.

The show was a phenomenal success and each of the exhibitor was overwhelmed with the response from the crowd and thanked Relio Quick and its team for their tireless effort to make the show a success.
