Position   Visualiser Job code   VSR Responsibilities - Leading a team of Visualisers and Graphic Designers. - Planning daily work schedule and delegating jobs to   his/her team. - Obtaining briefing from the Creative Director and   understanding clients requirement. - Concept development as per brief given by the Art   Director. - Brainstorming on creative ideas / concepts with Art   Director, Visualisers and Copywriters. - Developing and refining a concept / creative idea. - Conversion of concept to actual design by use of   softwares like Corel Draw, Photoshop and Illustrator. - Supervision of designing jobs delegated to respective   teams. - Ensuring compliance of design with actual briefing   obtained from client. Experience   4+ years Qualifications   BFA/ MFA with knowledge of corel draw, photoshop,   Illustrator. Remuneration   Commensurate with experience and skills Location   Delhi , Mumbai , Bangalore Position   Graphic Designer Job code   GD Responsibilities - Obtaining written work instructions from Visualiser. - Searching references (books, websites) to obtain   visuals that represent the concept / idea, keeping in   mind their usability. - Convert the concept / idea into a layout from the   touched-up pictures using softwares like Corel Draw,   Photoshop, Illustrator etc. - Determining design printability and adaptability to   different media. - Getting approval for prepared layout from the   Visualiser / Art Director. - On final approval from the client, converting the files   for layouts into printable formats and performing   all the pre-press procedures and rechecking file   usability. Experience   2+ years Qualifications   Knowledge of corel draw, photoshop, Illustrator is   must.
