| Responsibilities |
- Liaison between Client, Business Development team and
Operations in order to ensure smooth execution of
projects.
- Meet/ Exceed client's expectations in terms of
responsiveness, timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness
of the project.
- To be prepared to take on the responsibilities of
Operations if need be.
- Ensure all promotions and events follow the appropriate
client approval protocols.
- Client interfacing client management and retention.
- Managing and motivating the Client Servicing team. |
