Position   Account Manager / Client Servicing Manager

Responsibilities - Liaison between Client, Business Development team and
  Operations in order to ensure smooth execution of
  projects.
- Meet/ Exceed client's expectations in terms of
  responsiveness, timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness
  of the project.
- To be prepared to take on the responsibilities of
  Operations if need be.
- Ensure all promotions and events follow the appropriate
  client approval protocols.
- Client interfacing client management and retention.
- Managing and motivating the Client Servicing team.
Experience   3-4 years
Qualifications   Degree / Diploma in Media and Advertising / Mass
  Communication
Other Requirements - Understanding of Operations processes/logistics
- Team Handling skills
- Negotiation skills
- Understanding of the industry and also the business of the
  competition as well.
- Crisis Management and strategic skills
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal and networking skills
- Analytical skills (trouble-shooting)
Remuneration   Commensurate with experience and skills
